We're still using Dave’s secret recipes, and we're still putting the extra time into preparation.
You can taste it in our homemade sausage that goes on the Gay 90's Special, and our signature French Caesar dressing (the special sauce that goes on your Jake sandwich). And out on the salad bar, yup, all those salad dressings are homemade too.
Our crew arrives every morning at 7 a.m. to slice and dice the freshest meats vegetables, and every afternoon, someone is in our dough room making fresh skins (our crusts).
Now, come on into the restaurant and enjoy some of our fresh ingredients!
